To be eligible for a refund, the following steps must be taken:

Refund must be requested in writing by contacting support@skillrichsolutions.com

Request for refund must be made within 15 days of the original purchase date or else refund wont be accepted(if service not received).

Refunds will be initiated in 90 days.After initiation, the amount will be credited to the customer's bank account within 7–10 working days.

Refund request is acceptable only if the customer didn't receive the service from skillrichsolutions
